The Northwest Territories School Sports Association (NTSSA) is excited to announce that we are seeking an Executive Director to lead and support school sport across the Northwest Territories.
The Executive Director plays a key role in strengthening school athletics by working with schools, education authorities, volunteers, and partners to organize territorial championships, support student-athletes, and help shape the future of school sport in the Northwest Territories.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the NTSSA.
- Organize territorial school sport championships.
- Support schools and volunteers across the Northwest Territories.
- Build partnerships with communities, sponsors, and sport organizations.
- Promote Safe Sport, inclusion, and positive experiences for youth.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and collaborative leader who is passionate about youth development through sport and believes in the power of school athletics to build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and lifelong skills.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $83,000
- Northern Allowance: $3,700
