NT School Sport is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for every student, coach, volunteer, and official. We believe that sport should build confidence and character, not fear or harm.
Safe Sport means protecting participants from abuse, discrimination, harassment, and maltreatment, while promoting positive experiences where all youth can thrive.
What We Do
- Code of Conduct: All athletes, coaches, volunteers, and staff must follow our Code of Conduct, which outlines expectations for respectful and appropriate behavior.
- Coach Screening & Training: All coaches and volunteers are screened and required to complete Safe Sport training or equivalent.
- Reporting Mechanisms: We provide clear pathways for reporting concerns in a confidential and supportive manner.
- Education & Awareness: We promote ongoing education on topics such as bullying prevention, gender inclusion, and respectful communication.
