NT School Sports is excited to welcome the Beaufort Delta Divisional Education Council to our school sport community for the 2026–27 school year.

With the Beaufort Delta joining, all NWT school districts are now part of NT School Sports, an exciting milestone as we continue working toward creating opportunities for students from across the Northwest Territories to participate, compete, connect and grow through school sport.

For students and schools in the Beaufort Delta, the partnership creates more opportunities to participate in Territorial school sport events and connect with students from communities throughout the NWT. We also recognize the unique travel challenges Northern schools face, particularly those travelling from the Beaufort Delta, and will continue working with our partners to help make participation as accessible as possible.
