The 2025 Aurora Ford Outdoor Soccer Tournament was more than just a competition. It was a celebration of youth, sport, and the vibrant Northern spirit that brings communities together across vast distances. Over three beautiful days filled with sunshine, wind, and laughter, 24 teams from three regions of the Northwest Territories came together in Hay River for an unforgettable experience.

From the sidelines to the pitch, participation was high. Families, coaches, teachers, and volunteers all played their part in creating a welcoming environment where youth could play, learn, and grow. The cheering crowds, the sportsmanship on display, and the shared meals and moments reminded us what school sport is all about.
